After the previous tenant moved out of my flat about a month ago, Ms. Wong proactively advised on the repairs required, including the replacement of the air conditioners. She coordinated the air conditioner installation and scaffolding, the kitchen tile replacement, the arrangement of public liability insurance and the required submissions to the Management Office. Her efficient management of these works was greatly appreciated, as it ensured that the flat was ready for the new tenant to move in within a tight time frame.
I would also like to highlight Ms. Wong's flexibility in attending to matters on weekends and public holidays where necessary as well as her resourcefulness in managing contractors and handling maintenance work – including hands on tasks such as deep cleaning the range hood and replacing light bulbs. Her initiative has helped keep the flat in good condition.

Ms. Wong's preparation of a detailed handover report, complete with photos, facilitated a smooth and well documented handover of my property to the new tenant.
